Stapleford Parish Council meets in the Jubilee Pavilion at 7.30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month, except August unless there is very urgent business.
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings and time is set aside to call off the meeting, normally between 7.45 and 8.00 pm, for residents to bring matters of public concern to the attention of the Council. However, when the Council is in session members of the public cannot take part in discussions.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972

That CLLR ARCHIE GARDEN, formerly a Member of the above Parish Council has ceased to be a Member and that a casual vacancy exists in the office of Councillor for the said Parish.

On receipt of a request in writing from any ten local government electors for the said Parish, an election to fill the vacancy will be held not later than a date advised by South Cambs District Council. If no such request is made the vacancy will be filled by co-option by the Parish Council.

Requests for such an election should be addressed to The Returning Officer, South Cambs District Council to arrive not later than 24th January 2020.
