Jubilee Pavilion, 6-7pm Fridays during term time.

Capoeira is a martial art from Brazil that includes kicks and dodges, music, and acrobatic movements. It is a great activity for children as the games and challenges improve balance, coordination, cooperation, and build confidence! We are a part of Grupo Negaca Capoeira based in Cambridge and Saffron Walden, run by Mestre Chitaozinho. The Stapleford class for children aged 5-12 years old is taught by Susannah Salter.

Magog Singers, under the direction of conductor Jacquie McBride enjoys singing a wide repertoire of music, both accompanied and a capella, both part and unison singing. A love of singing is all you need to join and all are welcome, particularly lower voices! At the end of each term, friends and family are invited to share their music making.
Read a review of their concert in December 2016.
Magog Trust    The Magog Down is an area for restoration, conservation and informal recreation on the Gog Magog Hills just south of the boundary of the City of Cambridge, off the A1307 road to Linton and on Haverhill Road, Stapleford.

We meet in the Rose Pub - usually on the second Thursday of each month (excluding July/August). The gatherings are very informal and open. Various speakers are invited to talk on a remarkably wide range of subject but frequently focus on contemporary problems and their relevance to Christians and the community around us.

Questions and discussions in a relaxed atmosphere are all part of the mix.
